Musical Residency Initiative

The Musical Residency Initiative is a subprogram within the Foundation’s Artist Mentorship Program dedicated to vocalists and musical theater performers. Designed to nurture and empower talented musicians and performers, the initiative utilizes a combination of mentorship, collaboration, and performance opportunities to cultivate the next generation of Latino talent.

Program Framework

Artistic Development: The program creates a conducive space for participants to explore, refine, and expand their artistic abilities.

Mentorship and Guidance: Recognizing the invaluable role of mentors, we connect residents with experienced professionals who provide guidance, feedback, and insights.

Performance and Showcasing: We believe that performance opportunities are essential for artists to share their work and connect with audiences. We provide residents with platforms to showcase their talent in front of industry leaders and elected leaders at Noche Musical, the closing event of our annual convening.
