AcEmmy Awad nominated and Golden Globe winner actor Jimmy Smits is best known for playing attorney Victor Sifuentes on the legal drama L.A. Law, NYPD Detective Bobby Simone on the police drama NYPD Blue, and Matt Santos on the political drama The West Wing. Smits co-founded the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts to mentor and support the Latinos interested in careers in entertainment, media and tech.  He was most recently seen in the CBS drama East New York and in the film adaptation of In The Heights.

Smits has also appeared as Bail Organa in the Star Wars franchise, ADA Miguel Prado in Dexter, and in Brooklyn Nine-Nine, How to Get Away with Murder, 24: Legacy, Switch, My Family, Mi Familia, Sons of Anarchy, and Bluff City Law..
